Please read our terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after full payment has been verified by our team and a PNR/Confirmation number has been issued. Until that time, your booking status will show as "Pending Verification" or "Pending Confirmation."

2. Payment Policy

All payments must be made via UPI within 24 hours of booking creation. Please retain your UPI transaction ID (UTR) as proof of payment. Payments cannot be refunded once the booking is confirmed with a PNR. In case of failed payment, you may re-submit a corrected transaction ID.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the dashboard before the journey date. Refunds are subject to the provider's cancellation policy and may attract a cancellation fee. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet and may be held for up to 48 hours before release. Cashback earned on cancelled bookings will be reversed.

4. Provider Policy

All travel services are fulfilled by the provider selected by your agent. CK Travel Pro acts as an intermediary platform. Schedules, availability, and service quality are governed by the respective provider. CK Travel Pro is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions by the provider.

5. Fare Changes

The quoted price is valid for the duration specified in your quotation. If a quotation expires before booking is created, the fare may change. CK Travel Pro reserves the right to adjust fares due to supplier price changes before final confirmation.

6. Travel Documents

Passengers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) at the time of travel. CK Travel Pro is not liable for denied boarding or visa rejections.

7. Wallet & Cashback

Cashback is credited to your wallet after journey completion. Wallet balance can be used toward future bookings. Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments, services, or refunds must be raised within 7 days of the booking date. CK Travel Pro will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair manner. Disputes unresolved at the platform level may be escalated to applicable consumer forums.
